Subjects of work: Research, development and manufacturing of homotaxial power transistors, low-voltage and high-voltage epi-base power transistors, VDMOS power transistors, smart power devices, thyristors, low voltage and high voltage zener diodes, fast and rectifying diodes, voltage stabilizers with zero temperature coefficient (ZTC), fotodiodes and fototransistors, CMOS integrated circuits, as well as radiation sensitive MOS transistors and PIN diodes.
